We do not offer to do things that cannot be legally done in New Zealand. For example, some providers offer to sell you a ‘banking licence’. We cannot do that. In New Zealand only a company with large capital reserves and which meets other strict legal guidelines can obtain a licence from the New Zealand Reserve Bank and call itself a bank. BUT, under New Zealand law, any company can offer virtually all the services offered by a bank without having such a licence. It just cannot call itself a bank or have the words ‘bank’, ‘banking’, etc it its name.
Similarly there are no ‘tax free companies’ in New Zealand. BUT a New Zealand company can be the trustee of a New Zealand resident trust. If the trust is established by somebody not resident in New Zealand and for the benefit of people not resident in New Zealand it will not pay tax on any income it earns outside New Zealand.
We offer these services:
- New Zealand Limited companies
- New Zealand finance (‘banking’) companies
- New Zealand Trusts for non-residents (tax free trusts)
- Virtual office
