We are based in Wellington, New Zealand and we form and maintain New Zealand companies, New Zealand finance companies and trusts for clients not resident in New Zealand. We also provide related services such as virtual office and data processing.

- has tax treaties with most major nations and is not regarded as a tax haven
- is a member of the OECD
- finance companies can offer virtually all the same services as banks
- trusts for non-residents can be tax free on income earned outside New Zealand
Company Philosophy
NZCTS is a small consultancy business. We do not pretend to be a big international corporation with offices all over the world. We do, however, offer a very personal service. Typically, our clients contact us via email and we then encourage them to call us so that we can discuss individual strategies and procedures.
We also like to meet our clients in person either here in New Zealand or in Germany where we have associates working for us and with us.
We do not promise to do things that cannot be legally done but we do promise to do the things that we say we will do.
